We are a Christ-centered, Bible-based ministry focused on the needs of the entire family that is dedicated to providing a welcoming, safe, and healthy environment to encourage spiritual life and personal growth. We are committed to providing an outlet of ministry that allows each individual to identify, develop and use the gift God has invested in them. We are passionate about ministering to the unique challenges faced by each generation in a manner that is both biblical and relatable to everyday life.

OUR MISSION

The mission of Bethany Church is to fulfill the Great Commission in reaching the lost and discipling those that have been reached.

God has called Bethany Church to be a House of Worship. We are to be a people known for joyous celebration and sincere adoration.  We will worship the Lord with our entire beings – spirit, soul and body. We will live our lives as continuous offerings of praise as we develop a worship lifestyle that will model for the whole world what it means to love God with all our heart, mind, soul and strength.

God has called Bethany Church to be a Voice of Truth.  We are to be known as "people of the Book" demonstrating lives of faith that flow out of God's infallible, inerrant Word. Paul's instructions to Timothy to "Preach the Word" says it best. We are dedicated to providing clear biblical instruction concerning spiritual life and godliness for the disciple of Christ. 

God has called Bethany Church to be a House of Prayer. We are to be known as "prayer warriors." Accepting that those who know God the best are the richest and most powerful in prayer (E. M. Bounds); we will give our lives to prayer and intercession. Of all the traits of a Christ-like life, nothing demonstrates a willing conformity to Him more than a life of fervent prayer.

God has called Bethany Church to be a Place of Learning. We are to be known as "disciples of Christ."  No higher designation will we claim.  A disciple is a learner; and as such, we are committed to a lifestyle of learning in which knowledge becomes practice and practice becomes habit.

God has called Bethany Church to be a Sanctuary of Compassion. We are to be known as a "loving family of faith" in which the lost and hurting can find a place of redemption and restoration.  We are to be a healing community dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming environment in which the truth is spoken in love and demonstrated in life.

God has called Bethany Church to be an Instrument of Evangelism. We are to be known as "community of witnesses" whose purpose in life is to share the gospel message.  We commit to orienting our entire lives around the call to share the good news with the whole world. We understand that witness begins with our lifestyle and is affirmed by our words and intend to "be good news before we share the good news."
